Embody Wellness & Sports Massage is owned/founded by Teresa Karam who has been a practising therapist in Papamoa since 2007.

We have had the privilege of treating a variety of wonderful people; professional athletes, the elderly, weekend warriors, those with chronic pain, expectant mothers and every age, stage, shape and colour in between!  Our goal is to provide you with an exceptional standard of clinical massage therapy, in a relaxing and professional environment.

We pride ourselves in focusing on your specific needs and really listening to what you want from your treatment. It's a real thrill for us to see clients get more out of life and feel the benefits of massage therapy - less tension and headaches, injury recovery, pain relief, increased mobility, more efficient muscle recovery following physical exertion and decreased stress levels mentally and emotionally.

At Embody our therapists are qualified and work to a high professional standard as per the Massage New Zealand Code of Ethics.
