  • Reiki

At Embody Wellness Massage, I am dedicated to helping you achieve a balanced, comfortable and energized life.

My journey began with a technical diploma in massage therapy in Brazil, followed by a year of physiotherapy studies in Argentina, which deepened my knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics.

Since moving to New Zealand, I have further expanded my expertise with certifications in Reiki and myofascial release.  I combine these techniques to provide personalised treatments that target your unique needs.

With over ten years of experience, I specialise in sports massage, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage, focusing on pain relief, recovery, and well-being.

In addition to my professional practice, I actively participate in sports such as Waka-ama (outrigger canoeing) and surfing. This first-hand experience gives me a deeper understanding of the physical demands of an active lifestyle, allowing me to offer customised treatments for athletes and sports enthusiasts.

Let’s work together to restore balance, relieve pain, and support your long-term wellness.
